Lead the planning, development of market approach strategies and plans required to create satisfied customers and successfully generate demand for the group of products/solutions for the top financial institutions
Influence and build consensus on how to develop, evaluate, strategize, and put into operation the plans and measures needed to help ensure customer loyalty and profitable segment programs
Develop consolidated segment marketing strategy and messaging which addresses the client challenges such as client benefits, positioning, persona creation in line with buyer's journey
Develop segment positioning and messaging to differentiate Wolters Kluwer in the market
Communicate with regional sales team members and GMs and subject matter experts to identify and exploit opportunities in the market and to support superior execution of wider marketing programs
Oversee and direct development of regional marketing programs to create regional program for events & seminars, online and email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, webinars, etc.
Communicate the value proposition of the products to the sales team and develop the sales tools that support the selling process
Act as the expert on segment buyers understanding their pain points and their buying criteria
Collate information on the competition and help ensure this information is widely understood and easily accessed
Work with content manager, drive production of relevant content and marketing collateral
Guide GM/market management, product teams and internal SMEs to develop required content to support marketing campaigns
Oversee creation and maintenance of the respective internal and external collateral necessary to deliver on the relevant go-to-market plans and help ensure fit with collateral hierarchy
Provide product-related copy for websites and insures products/solutions are effectively represented
Develop key performance metrics and establish processes and reporting to show activities and results
A minimum of ten years of progressive marketing and/or segment marketing experience with sufficient financial background and technical insight to understand the nature of customer's business needs
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Ability to articulate highly technical solutions for customer problems to both internal and external audiences
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Ability to travel up to 15%
