Wolters Kluwer Inside Sales Account Manager in Waltham, Massachusetts

We are searching for an Inside Sales Renewal Account Manager to join our team in Waltham, MA.

In this role, you will be using your expertise in healthcare information technology, medical informatics, relationship building and networking in the healthcare market. The Inside Sales Renewal Account Manager focuses on building relationships with existing institutional accounts and completing the renewal process. He or she will generate renewal sales opportunities from targeted small and mid size hospitals and clinics. This position is on site, in our Waltham, MA office.

∙ Manage a portfolio of selected client renewals to ensure customer retention and revenue growth year on year

∙ Implement and execute the Customer Lifecycle Program to maximize the renewal and expansion of each account, through regular contact with relevant stakeholders

∙ Identify, manage, and close opportunities to upsell our latest solution -- UpToDate Anywhere®

∙ Present the value of our solution to a variety of stakeholders by phone and email - primarily C-level hospital executives, senior decision makers and product champions

∙ Prepare and monitor usage data for each account to ensure a high level of adoption

∙ Relay annual price increases in a timely and professional manner, and ensure renewal contracts are signed.

∙ Accurately, and regularly, input account information, activity and new contact details, our CRM system (SalesLogix)

Requirements and Qualifications:

∙ 4 year college degree or equivalent of work experience

∙ Ideal candidates will be self-motivated and have a minimum of 3 years of professional inside sales experience

∙ Proven track record of successful achievement against an individual quota

∙ Experience selling to the healthcare industry is a plus

∙ Exceptional phone, verbal and written communication skills

∙ Demonstrated track record of success as an Inside Sales Rep partnering with a field team

∙ Has history of effectively establishing relationships with key contacts in customer accounts.

∙ Good time management skills and ability to prioritize their work

∙ Expertise in Microsoft packages (EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT)
