  • Develop a targeted group of financial companies within the Eastern Region and achieve annual quota targets

  • Manage growth within existing customer base by selling additional services and acquiring new divisions and groups with the targeted accounts

  • Provide account leadership and direction for staff members involved in the pre and post sales process

  • Maintain a high-level of customer satisfaction levels as measured by the established minimum requirements

  • Protect installed revenue base

  • Design, implement and publish a strategic direction for each of the accounts

  • Achieve an average of six new contracts per month on a quarterly basis, as well as at least eight on site meetings per week over a monthly basis

  • Update all activity, manage and report all pipeline and forecast activity within Salesforce.com


  • A minimum of four of successful sales experience; preferably with experience selling software-based solutions

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Knowledge of financial service industry or corporations engaged in offer financial services offers; including banking, mortgage, credit, and financing arms of large corporations

  • Strong outside sales, negotiating and closing skills with the ability to present at the executive level

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Ability to travel up to 70%
