  • Develop, plan and implement marketing programs or projects that support highly complex organizational marketing objectives

  • Create, develop and execute full lifecycle marketing strategies for assigned customer and prospect groups

  • Create and lead full-scale campaigns to generate and nurture leads for sales, while working cross functionally across other areas of marketing, sales, creative, and other business teams

  • Develop an overarching campaign strategy for different target buyers and influencers to include relevant offers and messages

  • Deliver creative, compelling marketing assets for these campaigns, including but not limited to sales collateral, promotional offers and incentives, direct mail, infographics, videos, email content, ad copy, blog content, and presentations or webinars

  • Assume full project management ownership for campaigns, including alignment with sales on timing and pacing of outbound calls and follow up calls

  • Work with marketing analytics team to track performance of campaigns and communicate key learnings across the organization

  • Manage budget for campaigns and programs, as well as develop a perspective on ROI


  • A minimum of seven years of related experience in integrated business-to-business (B2B) acquisition marketing; preferably with experience in the legal industry and/or Fortune 1000 accounts

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful integrated B2B new business, cross sell, up-sell and retention campaigns

  • Strong understanding of the online buyer's journey and proven track record in building customer journeys

  • Experience in content marketing from concept to design and launch with a firm grasp on ROI and how marketing impacts overall revenue

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Literacy with Salesforce and Eloqua
