Within Wolters Kluwer, CT Corporation contains our expert information services businesses that serve large corporations, small businesses and law firms specializing in incorporation and legal business compliance solutions and clearance and protection solutions for trademark and brand professionals.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the strategy, business requirements, front-end design, content, and performance tracking for the CT Corporation Small Business online experience

  • Own the end-to-end website vision and work closely with the key stakeholders to help ensure the vision is implemented

  • Manage the website content by creating and maintaining a prioritized roadmap for the site's development

  • Manage front-end design process with in-house graphic artists and agencies including monitoring website performance goals, accessibility and privacy, performing ad hoc copywriting, prototyping, and functional wireframing

  • Identify and resolve issues uncovered by testing or customer feedback, and incorporate technical considerations into web site design plans, or legal issues including accessibility and privacy

  • Develop and maintain digital workflows, processes, tools including style guidelines for website content, procedures for ongoing web site revision, testing plans, sequence diagrams, website maps, application models, and image/page templates

  • Research, document, rate, and select alternatives for web architecture or technologies

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of three years of experience overseeing website development and management including scoping, requirements definition, design, and content support; preferably within a business-to-business (B2B) company, small business, or consulting firm

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Familiarity with standard web development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, XML, Flash, and server-side scripting

  • Understanding of information website and mobile architecture, user experience, interaction design, visual design initiatives, analytics testing and development

  • Experience working on multiple initiatives and projects simultaneously, in collaboration with diverse stakeholders

  • Experience managing web content inside of content management systems such as Drupal, Sitecore, or Sitefinity

  • Experience working with HTML editors, CSS, Axure, Balsamiq, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or similar prototyping and design tools preferred

  • Demonstrated understanding of what drives a great online user experience through a broad portfolio of B2B websites preferred
