Lead the strategic expansion of CT Corporation's strategic partnerships, including major channel partnerships and reseller programs, as well as strategies for legal and compliance professional organizations
Identifying opportunities that drive organic growth by understanding new markets and opportunities, market trends and new business models needed to serve emerging customer segments
Build the strategy components of a market approach to strategic partnerships, owning all aspects of the applicable programs
Take the lead on presenting to potential partner organizations, developing the materials and business rationale to secure business
Serve as the thought leader in industry settings, presenting the vision for serving customer needs.
Work with the VP of Sales to coordinate approaches with enterprise accounts
Work with VP of Product Development to advise on product developments initiatives needed to secure strategic partnerships
Perform market analyses, including segmentation and growth studies
Review and understand market related information including customer needs, threats, trends, opportunities, to gain critical knowledge needed in providing consultation to the business heads
Provide consulting across the business on product strategy and business cases and supporting financial modeling for ROIC for key initiatives
A minimum of twelve years of experience in a managing strategic, enterprise channels and programs with an emphasis on skills in crafting agreement terms, strategic partnerships, thought leadership materials, as planning and executing thought leadership at major industry events
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience
Experience closing business with major corporations, professional associations and other applicable market groups
Demonstrated ability to present to and interact with enterprise-level accounts
Solid financial analysis background and experience with data analysis, financial modeling and new product business case development
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Excellent research analysis including the ability to conduct market sizing, segmentation and growth analysis
Ability to translate unstructured business situations and issues into structured initiatives and analyses
Excellent planning, organization, prioritization and time management skills as required managing multiple projects simultaneously and achieving goals within timeframes and against expectations without conflict
