Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage operational and administrative workflows and reporting for existing customer and new logo sales management

  • Execute and optimize key operational strategies and objectives as determined by key stakeholders

  • Develop and produce timely and accurate operational and financial reporting and dashboards

  • Administer and configure the sales section of the CRM, Salesforce.com

  • Develop and maintain KPI and sales productivity and pipeline dashboards and reporting for sales

  • Project manage sales initiatives regarding product sales

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of five years of legal/compliance industry experience with at least three years of professional experience required in a software development and services organization

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred

  • Experience developing and implementing operational procedures in a complex matrix environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint and Outlook

  • Advanced Salesforce.com skill

  • Data analysis skills sufficient to recognize data anomalies, problems and correct or recommend corrective action

  • Ability to travel up to 20%
