Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound cold calls to prospective and current clients to identify sales leads and opportunities

  • Identify customer needs that are addressed by Wolters Kluwer Lien Solutions and communicate to sales representatives for action when necessary

  • Maintain and provide activity reporting to management, as well as provide detailed lead information in a timely manner and maintain customer information in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application

  • Stay informed of new products, enhancements, regulatory changes, industry trends and other relevant information, as well as understand the impact of this information on the customer and relate in a manner that they can clearly comprehend

  • Participate in regular sales team and interact with marketing management to measure effectiveness of promotional campaigns being called on

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent sales experience; preferably within the banking industry or corporate setting

  • Experience in commissioned lead generation, inside sales and/or outbound telephone sales preferred

  • Ability to absorb and apply extensive industry and product knowledge to customers

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to meet or exceed key performance measurements and convey value proposition to prospective clients

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

  • Experience utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as SalesForce preferred
