  • Ensure quality delivery of ELM Solutions products, while focusing on the Automation of the activity stack related to those operations

  • Work closely with ELM Solutions' customers to provide technical leadership delivering the product to their IT platforms and within the ELM Hosting private cloud infrastructure

  • Implement technologies such as TeamCity, Git, Microservices, Splunk, Idera, JIRA, Azure, and App Dynamics to ensure that the processes from the development to the maintenance of ELM's Software products are functional and defect free within the deployed environments internally and externally

  • Responsible for acting as a technical consult for ELM clients and partners while engaging with platform rollout activities

  • Development activities including the creation of POCs of automation toolkits and components allowing for continuous integration within an Agile model.

  • Ensuring client platforms evolve to the latest model in a timely and high-quality manner.

  • Provide technical solutions and guidance throughout the client lifecycle for both the external and internal teams

  • Develop procedures to improve automation, monitoring, and logging

  • Provide client software delivery services to meet the operational objectives, including interfacing with the clients' IT and technical teams


  • 10+ years of experience in a software product environment in a technical role

  • Bachelor's degree or regional equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent required

  • Profound experience with programming in Java (inclusive of Groovy, Spring Boot)

  • Hands-on expertise in the following Microsoft Technologies: SQL Server, IIS

  • Experience in a client facing consulting role

  • High level of experience performing technical integration with automation systems such as Jenkins, TeamCity, and testing toolkits such as Cucumber

  • Prior DevOps experience

  • Prior Automation Experience

  • Experience with TeamCity, Splunk, Idera, JIRA, Azure, and/or App Dynamics
