Drive SaaS-based solutions to our customers in legal marketplace and be willing to challenge the status quo to drive innovation, working together with the marketing and professional services teams, and our customers
Lead and inspire teams of Software Architects, Software Development Managers, Technical Leads, and Software Developers to deliver highly available, scalable, and resilient software solutions
Acquire, develop, and empower highly talented, passionate, driven leaders and specialists as needed, as well as conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching/mentoring to direct reports
Oversee the release of features, and product roadmap for T360 product offering and help ensure solutions align with our long-term objectives
Provide proactive technical guidance ensuring teams are fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of solutions
Foster a "DevOps" culture to help ensure that applications can be built, tested, deployed and monitored in an efficient and automated manner
Innovate and optimize engineering processes and standards
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our business, products, and application portfolio
Maintain and lead awareness of industry best practices and relevant technologies
Monitor trends in software engineering and development tools to influence the solutions within Wolters Kluwer ELM Solutions
A minimum of ten years of experience delivering enterprise scale solutions that is easy to use, scalable, secure, and resilient leveraging latest technologies and tools
At least seven years of experience leading, inspiring and growing a team of software and/or data engineers
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree from an accredited college or university with an emphasis in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Possess the drive and passion for technology leadership with the ability to excite, mentor, and motivate team members in various roles in the organization
Experience leading teams in researching new and emerging technologies to realize potential value, business fit, operations, and cost efficiencies of implementing such technologies is necessary
Extensive experience with agile development methodologies and processes required
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with others at any level and with geographically remote and culturally diverse teams
Ability to travel up to 35% both domestically and internationally
