Wolters Kluwer Senior Sales Operations Analyst in Austin, Texas

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting is looking for a Global Sales Effectiveness Analyst to join the Global Sales Operations team to work in the Dallas, TX, Kennesaw, GA, or Torrance, CA area.

The Sales Effectiveness Analyst will collaborate with global sales leadership and other departments to contribute to the success of Wolters Kluwer, the sale organization, and the use of Salesforce and other sales tools by using technical knowledge to optimize the effectiveness of technology investments and by supporting the sales strategy through sales planning process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for engaging, formalizing and implementing sales process improvement with global sales leaders and sales personnel to drive efficiency and user experience for a global sales organization.

  • Manage and execute key Sales & cross-functional initiatives as assigned, through key meetings, communications, managing and monitoring progress and expectations.

  • Partners with the learning & development team to design and deliver training to sales teams around sales process and technical sales tools usage.

  • Writes and delivers communications to the sales teams using different methods of delivery, system notifications, emails, etc.

  • Assists with administration and governance of sales tools including SFDC, Outreach, Revenue.io, Spekit.

  • Drives adoption of reports and dashboards defined by Global Sales Operations.

  • Support identification of key accounts, heat maps, and sales opportunities to drive revenue.

  • Assesses sales data to ensure data integrity, ongoing accuracy, compliance, and prevention of duplicate data.

  • Gather business requirements and recommend process improvements and changes to the Sales systems (Salesforce.com, CPQ+) and processes with outcomes tied to revenue gains.

  • Test new Salesforce or sales system functionality.

  • Coordinate resources and deliverables to ensure successful achievement of timelines and objectives.

  • Create, improve, implement and enforce sales operational processes and policies to drive consistent and measurable success in the Sales organization.

  • Responsible for Sales process documentation, user guides and communications to the sales force.

OTHER DUTIES

  • Performs other duties as requested by Manager.

  • Ability to work flexible schedule for meetings with APAC leaders and teams.TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimal domestic travel, less than 10%

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Minimum: bachelor’s degree in business or related field, OR equivalent experience.

Preferred: Master’s Degree in related field.

Experience

Minimum Experience: 6 years of experience in Sales Management, Direct Sales, Sales Enablement, or Sales Operations.

Experience supporting a global sales organization and managing projects across global regions.

Preferred Experience (includes minimum):

• Salesforce.com Admin Certification – Highly preferred.

• Experience in Sales, Sales Process, Project Management and Process Improvement

• Experience in Configure, Price, Quote Tools (CPQ+ or Steelbrick CPQ preferred)

• Experience working in and supporting a global sales organization and with corporate team activities including cooperative development of successful programs executed by sales.

• First-hand experience with progressive sales automation systems and demonstrated ability to improve sales productivity, based on use of sales automation.

Tools:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite with advance Excel working knowledge.

• Strong analytical and research skills

• Demonstrated ability to interface with sales people, all levels of management and experience working across multiple functional groups required.

• Highly skilled in strategic data interpretation and visual representation.

• Outstanding organizational, time management and interpersonal skills in managing workload and internal customer expectations.

• Ability to motivate the team to work efficiently together and acknowledges each team member’s contributions while celebrating team success.

• Advanced professional communication skills both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented and ability to handle multiple top priorities

• Ability to function in a fast-paced collaborative and in a matrixed organization

Compensation:

Target salary range CA, CT, CO, HI, NY, WA: $93,400-$130,600
