As Manager of IT Security Demand & Intake Services, you'll identify business unit demands and needs. Oversee and coordinate with GBS organizations, vendors and business units on delivery of the services provided by IT Security. The foundation of this position is establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective and measurable manner. Excellent customer service, strong interpersonal and leadership skills are required. You must also enjoy working as part of a team. In this role, you will be required to have proficiency in formulating IT strategies and resource planning to support business units demands and consumption of security services across Wolters Kluwer.
Support VP of Global Information Security in creating and implementing an intake and demand strategy for the deployment of information security technologies
Build partnerships with security and IT team leaders to determine demand, services, the criteria for the delivery of those services, and how to develop solutions to any issues that arise
Coordinate and support the security council agenda including the planning, tracking and escalation of the resulting action items
Lead and coordinate internal audit and controls inquiries across all GBS security and IT teams
Lead cross-functional teams to successfully plan, resource and support various business units and GBS IT teams' requirements
Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate, transform and implement security services and technology as part of our Cybersecurity maturity drive supporting various business units.
Lead and manage the portfolio of work for GBS security teams
Work as a security liaison across the GBS organizations and business units including teams responsible for requirements, project and program management, security, architecture, infrastructure and production support
Develop, maintain and continuously improve the metrics and SLAs of the cybersecurity maturity program
Support and coordinate the tracking and reporting on divisional and business units' metrics, and compliance results
Evaluate business unit and GBS IT team's experience against customer satisfaction goals and criteria. Identify areas of improvement and develop plans to implement remediation and/or improve the processes and services
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/MIS or work equivalent experience
Preferred certifications: PMP
Minimum 6+ years broad Information Technology experience
Experience in working with Enterprise Architecture, Systems Requirements, Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, Quality Assurance, and Infrastructure
Demonstrated management, leadership and interpersonal skills and experience
Demonstrated experience in mentoring, training, and coaching a team including delivering objective performance feedback and conducting regular evaluations
Demonstrated project management and planning skills and experience
Ability to conduct an analysis of business needs, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas, conferring with business line leaders, documenting and making verbal and written presentations
Demonstrated experience in working with various geographically diverse associates and vendor partners
Demonstrated budget management, tracking and forecasting skills and experience
Demonstrated on-time and on-budget project delivery skills and experience
Occasional Domestic or International Travel, up to 25%
